Job Title: Onboarding Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Onboarding Analyst to join our team at SerenityHub. As an Onboarding Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive onboarding programs, coordinating logistics, and providing ongoing support to new hires. Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies

• Should possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.

• At least 2-3 years of relevant professional experience focusing on employee onboarding or HR Operations.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are crucial, as you'll interact extensively with new hires and cross-functional teams.

• Proficiency in using HR systems and software will be advantageous.

Responsibilities and Duties

• As an Onboarding Analyst, you'll undertake the preparation, management, and overall execution of the onboarding process for new employees.

• You'll work closely with diverse teams to coordinate onboarding schedules and activities.

• Your role will also involve the assessment and enhancement of current onboarding processes.
