Job Title: Requirements Analyst

HealthTech Systems Ltd. is on a quest for a Requirements Analyst. In this role, you will collaborate with multiple stakeholders from various departments and shore up technical and business requirements critical to the success of our healthcare IT projects. Drawing on your analytical prowess and communication skills, you will act as the linchpin between our business, product, and development teams to document requirements, evaluate their feasibility, and ensure their realization throughout project lifecycles.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Elicit, analyze, and document project requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Create detailed requirement documents, including use cases, user stories, process flows, and system specifications.

• Review requirements for feasibility, completeness, consistency, and clarity to detect and rectify conflicts and ambiguities.

• Establish and maintain traceability between requirements and project deliverables.

• Communicate requirements effectively to development teams and other project stakeholders and facilitate discussions to ensure a shared understanding.

Qualifications and Competencies

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in a related field, along with proven experience in business analysis or a related field. Strong analytical skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, keen attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving attitude are must-have attributes. Familiarity with healthcare IT will be a significant plus.
