Job Title: Systems Analyst

An exciting opportunity has opened up at DayneTech for a dynamic and dedicated Systems Analyst. In your role, you will work closely with team members across the organization to create and implement system solutions that drive our business strategy. Leveraging technical expertise and strong problem-solving skills, you will analyze data structures, develop data models, and spearhead integration efforts to optimize system efficiency.

Responsibilities and Duties:

As a Systems Analyst, your core duties will include but are not limited to:

• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into system solutions.

• Working on seamless integration of new and existing systems to maintain optimum functionality across the organization.

• Developing and improving data models in a bid to analyze data structures and thereby enhance system efficiency.

• Delivering consistent support to end-users, resolving any system-related issues as they arise.

• Designing and facilitating training sessions for end-users to ensure they can efficiently use various systems.

Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies:

Our ideal candidate will exhibit:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

• Proven experience as a Systems Analyst or similar tech-role.

• Solid understanding of business information systems.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.

• Exceptional communication and teamwork skills. Especially in collaborating with diverse stakeholders.

Additional Requirements:

All candidates must be legally eligible to work in the United States and be able to pass a background check. Some occasional travel may be required for this role.
