Job Title: Benefits Analyst
Klasto Solutions is actively searching for a meticulous, committed Benefits Analyst to join our team. This role requires efficiency in processing benefits-related transactions accurately and timely while ensuring strict compliance with relevant regulations. The Benefits Analyst will be responsible for analyzing benefits data to evaluate program effectiveness, cost trends, and employee utilization. This crucial role also includes communicating benefit programs to employees by providing clear, concise, jargon-free information.
Responsibilities and Duties
As a Benefits Analyst, your central responsibilities will include:
Analyzing benefits data to assess program effectiveness, cost trends, and employee utilization.
Ensuring accurate and timely processing of all benefits-related transactions.
Providing clear, concise communication about benefit programs to all employees.
Maintaining strict compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Qualifications
