Job Title: Quality Analyst

Global Logistics Systems is looking for a dedicated, detailed-oriented Quality Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will accurately assess product, service, and process quality and suggest measures of improvements. The candidate will work alongside some of the industries' most dedicated professionals to resolve quality-related issues. You will develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to maintain the highest of standards.

Responsibilities and Duties

As a Quality Analyst, your duties will include:

• Performing comprehensive quality assessments of products, services, and processes to pinpoint areas of improvement.

• Developing and implementing efficient and effective quality control procedures.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to establish quality benchmarks and treat quality-related concerns.

• Creating, maintaining, and executing detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

• Performing both manual and automated testing of software applications, websites, or other products.

Qualifications and Skills

Potential candidates should have:

• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Proficiency in automated testing tools.

• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

• Proficient in using quality control software systems.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Experience

• Previous experience in a Quality Analyst Role or similar position for at least 3 years.

• Familiarity with testing methodologies and software development life cycle.
