The Human Resource Analyst's responsibilities encompass a range of activities including:

• Gathering and maintaining HR data from diverse sources like HRIS, time and attendance systems, and employee feedback.

• Analyzing this data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.

• Generating precise reports and visual dashboards to communicate key HR metrics.

• Keeping HR analytics and reporting tools updated and efficient.

• Preparing regular reports on important HR metrics such as turnover rates, recruitment effectiveness, employee engagement, and diversity and inclusion statistics.

• Identifying areas of process improvement, recommending and implementing changes to enhance HR efficiency and effectiveness.

• Ensuring HR data accuracy and compliance with all pertinent laws and regulations.

• Assisting with HR audits and compliance reporting.

• Supporting talent acquisition by providing data-driven insights into sourcing, selection, and onboarding.
