  • Thorough knowledge of customer service, office management, and basic bookkeeping procedures.

  • Proficiency in English (oral and written).

  • Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.

  • Qualification in office administration or a relevant field is preferred.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Front Office Manager or similar role.

  • Previous experience in customer service will be a plus.
