Job Title: Assistant Coordinator, Administrative Support
Sunflower Montessori Academy, a respected institution in North Carolina, seeks an efficient, organised Assistant Coordinator. This role requires managing office functions, assisting in departmental projects, and facilitating communication both within and outside the organization. The individual will also take part in event planning and data management while working towards enhancing departmental efficiency.
Responsibilities and Duties
Your scope of work will include but will not be limited to:
Managing day-to-day office operations, including meeting schedules, file organisation, and correspondence handling.
Assisting in planning, organising, and executing departmental projects and tracking project timelines.
Serving as a liaison between various departments, external partners, and clients; ensuring efficient communication.
Assisting in the organisation of departmental events, meetings, and conferences.
Maintaining and updating databases with accurate information, and preparing reports and presentations as required.
Addressing administrative challenges and suggesting solutions to improve efficiency.
Collaborating closely with team members, providing support to achieve team objectives.
Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies
The ideal candidate will have:
An associate degree or equivalent relevant experience.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Experience managing office operations and administrative tasks.
Ability with database management and office software.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask.
