The Sales Coordinator will work in tandem with our sales teams to prepare conviction sales proposals, dynamic presentations, and concise documentation. This role plays a crucial part in the development and execution of sales strategies intending to meet and exceed targets.

Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies

Applicants should possess the following:

• Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or similar role in a fast-paced environment

• Exceptional organizational and multitasking ability

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel for data tracking purposes

• Exemplary communication and team collaboration skills

• Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding customer expectations

• Ability to develop compelling proposals and presentations

Responsibilities and Duties

Additional Requirements

The successful candidate must be willing to work in our San Francisco office and potentially work irregular working hours depending on business needs.
