We're currently looking for a competent and dedicated Human Resources Coordinator who will be responsible for providing support in our recruitment process. This individual will assist in posting job openings, screening resumes, and facilitating interviews to ensure our team continues to grow with the right people.
Responsibilities and Duties
Assist in the creation and posting of job advertisements on various platforms.
Screen candidate resumes and job applications to match qualifications with job requirements.
Coordinate with hiring managers on scheduling and facilitating interviews.
Qualifications and Skills
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Experience
A minimum of 2 years in a Human Resources role, preferably in recruitment, is required. Proven experience in coordinating interviews and applicant tracking systems will be an advantage.
