Job Title: Production Administrator, Data Entry and Record Keeping

An excellent opportunity has emerged at HealthMeds Pharmaceuticals, LLC. We are currently seeking a meticulous Production Administrator who will be pivotal in data entry and record-keeping tasks. This role will require you to be adept at entering production data rapidly and accurately into our database, maintaining up-to-date records of production timetables, inventory stocks, and quality control measures. You will be instrumental in enabling us to achieve our production objectives and drive improved efficiency throughout our organization.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Enter vital production data into our database or software platforms reliably and accurately.

  • Maintain thorough records of production schedules, inventory levels, and quality control attempts.

  • Cooperate with production managers to plan and prioritize production orders.

  • Support in coordinating materials, equipment, and personnel to meet production targets.

  • Observe the inventory levels of raw materials, components, and end products.

  • Create purchase orders and assure punctual delivery of needed materials.

  • Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production reports for executive management.

  • Evaluate production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

A bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field is preferred. The candidate should have proficient computer skills, including experience with MS Office and database software; excellent time management; superior organizational skills; and attention to detail. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are also imperative. The top candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience within a similar role in a production environment.

Additional Requirements:

Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities. Must be a flexible team player with a commitment to quality and safety. Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is a plus.
