Job Title: Production Machine Operator
At TerraTrek Adventure Gear, we are on the lookout for an efficient and dedicated Production Machine Operator. The ideal candidate will take charge of our production machinery, firmly handling assembly and quality control tasks in the production processes. This role will also be responsible for maintaining safety compliance and taking care of material handling duties.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Operate diverse production machinery, following the correct safety protocols and production guidelines.
Assemble components or products using hand tools or equipment, strictly adhering to provided instructions.
Inspect products for defects, ensuring that all outputs meet our rigorous quality standards.
Manage raw materials, parts, and finished products within the production area efficiently.
Maintain strict adherence to all safety guidelines and report any safety hazards or incidents promptly.
Qualifications and Skills:
Applicants for this role must have a solid understanding of machine operation and a knack for accuracy in product assembly. Demonstrable experience in maintaining safety regulations in a production environment is necessary. The ability to lift heavy materials and work in fast-paced settings is a plus.
Experience:
A minimum of two years in similar roles within the manufacturing industry is required. Familiarity with using specific machinery will be deemed advantageous.
Additional Requirements:
Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Certification in machine operation or related fields will be an added advantage.
