Responsibilities and Duties

Bake multiple items in larger quantities to meet customer demand.
Use a variety of kitchen equipment, including mixers, ovens, and proof boxes.
Maintain the highest level of cleanliness and sanitation in the production kitchen.
Contribute to new product development and seasonal menu changes.
Maintain inventory and order baking supplies as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
Prior bakery experience, preferably in a high-volume setting.
Familiarity with a wide range of baking processes and recipes.
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.
Additional Requirements
