Job Title: Production Line Worker

The right candidate will be responsible for assembling parts, inspecting finished products, operating machinery, packaging prepared items, and handling materials. This position requires a keen eye for detail, manual dexterity, and solid technical knowledge.
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions during assembly tasks.
• Combine components, fasten elements, and install fixtures as part of the assembly process.
• Inspect finished products for defects or non-conformities, reporting any issues to the supervisor.
• Operate machinery and equipment involved in the production process, ensuring all machines are functioning correctly.
• Prepare finished products for shipping, including labeling, packaging, and transporting products.
• Safely handle raw materials and finished products, using appropriate tools for transport.
Qualifications and Skills:
• High school diploma or equivalency.
• Experience in a similar production line or assembly role is preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge and ability to operate machinery.
• Detailed-oriented with strong focus on quality control.
• Excellent manual dexterity and physical stamina.
• Demonstrable ability to handle materials safely and effectively.
Additional Requirements:
• Must be able to lift and transport heavy items regularly.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and overtime.
