Job Title: Production Chemist
ChemiTech Innovations is actively seeking a dedicated and thorough Production Chemist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will contribute to the chemical synthesis, mixing, and blending operations while implementing quality control methods to ensure our products meet the highest of standards.
Responsibilities and Duties:
As a key member of our Chemical Production team, responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following:

Performing chemical synthesis, and managing mixing and blending operations

Implementing quality control tests and analyses to meet product specifications and quality standards.

Adhering to safety protocols, including handling and disposal of hazardous materials and chemicals.

Operating and maintaining production equipment and taking care of minor repairs when necessary.

Identifying potential safety hazards and making reports accordingly

Suggesting improvements to enhance production processes, efficiency, quality, and safety.
Qualifications and Skills:
Candidates must have the following qualifications and skills:

Bachelor's degree in chemistry or a related field

2+ years of experience working as a Production Chemist or a similar position.

Strong understanding of chemical composition, structure, and properties.

Exemplary analytical and problem-solving skills.

Exceptional awareness of safety protocols and standards.
