This position will be responsible for managing the billing and invoicing processes related to all ongoing projects within our organization, including liaising with project managers and stakeholders to ensure accurate billing information and efficient financial operations.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Manage project billing and invoicing processes.

• Liaise with project managers and stakeholders to ensure accurate billing information.

• Resolve financial discrepancies and adjust billing records as required.

• Collaborate with project managers to forecast project costs effectively.

• Assist in month-end financial reporting.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Strong comprehension of project management principles and billing procedures.

• Proficiency in financial software programs and MS Excel.

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

• Excellent communication and collaborative skills.

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project billing, finance, or related disciplines.

• Experience with financial software systems.
