Job Title: Project Architect

We are currently seeking a visionary and detail-oriented Project Architect to be a part of our innovative team. As part of the Urban Nexus Builders' family, you will also be responsible for successfully managing multiple projects – from initial conception through to completion while managing your own time, resources, and deadlines.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Develop architectural concepts that accurately reflect clients' visions and specifications.
Prepare detailed architectural plans and drawings that are also compliant with local building codes.
Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring successful completion within designated deadlines and budgets.
Construct and maintain project schedules in collaboration with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

We're seeking candidates who have at minimum a bachelor's degree in architecture. Licensing within our operating states is non-negotiable. Additional qualifications include:

A profound understanding of building codes and regulations.
Proficiency in architectural software applications.
A knack for juggling multiple tasks simultaneously without jeopardizing attention to detail.

Additional Requirements:

Previous project management experience is highly desirable. Candidates should also showcase excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a strong problem-solving ability.
