Responsibilities and Duties:

• Develop architectural concepts that accurately reflect clients' visions and specifications.

• Prepare detailed architectural plans and drawings that are also compliant with local building codes.

• Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring successful completion within designated deadlines and budgets.

• Construct and maintain project schedules in collaboration with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

We're seeking candidates who have at minimum a bachelor's degree in architecture. Licensing within our operating states is non-negotiable. Additional qualifications include:

• A profound understanding of building codes and regulations.

• Proficiency in architectural software applications.

• A knack for juggling multiple tasks simultaneously without jeopardizing attention to detail.

Additional Requirements:

Previous project management experience is highly desirable. Candidates should also showcase excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a strong problem-solving ability.
