Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
Excellent numeric skills, attention to detail, and comfortable working with different teams.
Knowledge of accounting software and mastery of Microsoft Excel is necessary.
Good technical and IT skills combined with the ability to analyze complex financial data and generate salient insights are essential.
Exceptional organizational skills, a hang for meeting deadlines, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities and Duties

Drafting accurate and timely financial reports detailing expenses, revenues, and variances.
Monitoring project budgets, assessing financial data, and ensuring cost control and efficient resource allocation are key duties of this role.
Contribute to informed decision-making by providing valuable insights derived from regular financial analysis.

Experience

A minimum of three years of accounting experience, preferably in project accounting, is required for this position. A background of working in cross-functional teams and a proven track record for meeting tight deadlines are also necessary.

Candidates must be able to communicate effectively across all levels of the company and have excellent problem-solving skills. The ability to work under minimum supervision and prioritization of work to meet deadlines is a must.
