Job Title: Project Controller
The successful candidate will possess consummate expertise in maintaining control of project costs, tracking expenses and meticulously analyzing budgets. The Project Controller will also implement strategic solutions to optimize the financial performance of the project. An essential part of the role involves identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks while developing strategies to reduce potential financial and operational impacts. The Project Controller ensures that Phoenix Digital's projects remain on target and within budget.
Qualifications and Competencies

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in business management, finance, or a related field.

A minimum of five years of experience in project cost control and financial analysis is required, with advanced knowledge of project management software.

Outstanding analytical, organizational, and leadership capacities are a must.
Responsibilities and Duties

Managing and reporting on project budgets and expenses, implementing strategies for efficient financial performance.

Overseeing financial risk management.

Your duties will involve regular interaction with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure transparency and accuracy in financial management and control.
Experience Requirements
At least five years of comprehensive experience in project cost control, budgeting, and risk assessment is compulsory for prospective candidates. Experience in strategizing and implementing financial performance-optimizing solutions is required.
Additional Requirements
Candidates must be results-oriented, with a proven ability to maintain fiscal discipline. They should also demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong commitment to team collaboration. PMP or similar certification is considered a plus.
