Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies

Should have a proven track record of successful project initiation and completion.
Expertise in risk management, cost estimates, and project planning is essential. Strong leadership and excellent communication skills are a must.
Should also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
