Job Title: Project Business Analyst

Responsibilities and Duties:

Collaborate with project stakeholders, IT teams, and management to identify, prioritize, and document business and project requirements.

Evaluate and analyze current business processes, identifying areas for improvement, efficiency gains, and automation opportunities.

Design and document solutions, including functional specifications, process flows, data models, and user stories, in partnership with project teams.

Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are understood and met throughout the project lifecycle.

Perform comprehensive data analysis to inform decision-making processes, identify trends, and provide valuable insights for business improvements.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field, with a proven background as a Business Analyst in project-based environments. You should have advanced knowledge of data analysis tools, strong attention to detail, exceptional problem-solving skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with modern project management methodologies would be an advantage.
