Job Title: Project Estimator

Summary of Position:
The Project Estimator plays a crucial role in determining the projected expenses of our construction projects. This includes estimating costs for materials, labor, equipment, and other related costs. A keen eye for details, excellent analytical skills, and a profound understanding of project specifications, drawings, and other relevant documentation are a must.
Responsibilities and Duties:
The Project Estimator’s duties include, but are not limited to:
Providing precise and exhaustive cost estimates for construction projects
Analyzing project specifications, diagrams, and other associated documents to comprehend project necessities.
Proficiently utilizing industry-standard estimating software and tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
Proactively soliciting quotes and bids from suppliers and subcontractors to attain the best pricing and terms.
Establishing and maintaining productive relationships with vendors and subcontractors to guarantee competitive pricing and timely delivery of materials and services.
Qualifications and Skills:
A minimum of a bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
At least two years of experience in project estimation or a similar role
Proficiency with estimating software and tools.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
