Job Brief:

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Document management: Maintain and manage project documents including plans, schedules, contracts, and reports.

• Communication: Facilitate communication between team members, clients, and stakeholders. Provide updates and changes to the team as necessary.

• Task allocation: Assist in the allocation of tasks and responsibilities to team members and monitor progress and deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or significant relevant field experience.

• Experience in project management, document organization and task allocation within a professional setting.

• Excellent communicative skills both written and oral.

• Detailed-oriented and impeccable organizational skills.

• Competence with pertinent software for project management and document storage.
