Job Brief:

Responsibilities and Duties:
Document management: Maintain and manage project documents including plans, schedules, contracts, and reports.
Communication: Facilitate communication between team members, clients, and stakeholders. Provide updates and changes to the team as necessary.
Task allocation: Assist in the allocation of tasks and responsibilities to team members and monitor progress and deadlines.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or significant relevant field experience.
Experience in project management, document organization and task allocation within a professional setting.
Excellent communicative skills both written and oral.
Detailed-oriented and impeccable organizational skills.
Competence with pertinent software for project management and document storage.
