Responsibilities and Duties

Formulate a meticulous benefits delivery strategy
Track benefits realization throughout each project
Integrate benefit realization into project closure reports
Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders in achieving optimal benefits
Qualifications and Skills
A bachelor's degree and a minimum of five years in a project management role are required.
Familiar with various project management methodologies.
Must have exceptional analytical and strategic planning skills.
Strong communication capabilities combined with the ability to multitask effectively on multiple projects simultaneously.
Necessary Experience
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in managing benefits realization in a project-based environment. Knowledge of project accounting and commercial awareness to quantify benefits is also required.
Additional Requirements
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred but not needed. Proficiency with project management software tools is an asset.
