Overall Job Duties:

  • Coordinate the daily operations of food and beverage outlets.

  • Oversee food preparation, portion sizes, and the overall presentation of food.

  • Inspect food storage units regularly to ensure that standards are met.

  • Ensure that the workplace remains safe, sanitary, and orderly.

  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and employee training needs.

  • Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.

  • Plan menus, put together orders, and manage inventory effectively.

  • Ensure that operational and safety procedures are followed.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, with some college or culinary schooling preferred.

  • Previous experience in a food service or related role.

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong skills in time management and coordination.

  • Awareness of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.

  • Ability to work in a team and promote a positive workplace culture.
