Job Title: Employee Relations Specialist

Job Summary: The Employee Relations Specialist will manage and resolve employee issues, enhance workplace culture, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. This role is crucial for maintaining a positive work environment, resolving conflicts, and promoting employee engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities/Duties:

• Conflict Resolution: Act as a mediator between employees and management to resolve workplace conflicts, ensuring fair and unbiased outcomes.

• Grievance Management: Address employee grievances, conduct investigations into complaints, and provide recommendations for resolution.

• Policy Enforcement: Ensure adherence to company policies and labor laws, guiding the interpretation and application of workplace rules and regulations.
