VIDEOGRAPHY CONTRACT
This Agreement is entered into as of this Insert Day day of [Insert Month], 2050, by and between [Your Company Name], a corporation existing under the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], with its principal office at [Your Company Address], hereinafter referred to as "Agency" and [Videographer's Name or Company Name], a freelance professional residing at or a corporation existing under the laws of [Videographer's jurisdiction], with its principal office at [Videographer's Address] hereinafter referred to as "Videographer".
SCOPE OF WORK
The Videographer will render video production services as described in Exhibit A. The services shall include pre-production planning, location shooting, video editing, and delivery of final video output for the Agency’s client’s product launch.
SCHEDULE
The Videographer will comply with the filming schedule as described in Exhibit B. This schedule outlines the specifics of shooting days, locations, and times.
EDITING REQUIREMENTS
The Videographer will provide editing services according to the editing criteria set out in Exhibit C. This may include color correction, music overlay, addition of subtitles or text, and any special effects as required by the Agency.
USAGE RIGHTS
The Agency shall have exclusive, worldwide, and perpetual usage rights to the video product in any media for any purpose which may include, but are not limited to, advertising, promotion, marketing, and packaging of the Client's product.
COMPENSATION AND TERMS OF PAYMENT
The Videographer shall be paid as described in Exhibit D for the services rendered under this Agreement. Payment is due within Insert Number days of invoice receipt. The Agency has the right to withhold payment if the Videographer fails to perform its obligations under this Agreement.
CONFIDENTIALITY
The Videographer agrees to keep in utmost secrecy all matters regarding the work, its related information, and purposes, not sharing any data with a third party without the Agency's written consent.
GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction] and the parties agree to resolve any disputes in [Your Jurisdiction].
