Dear Mr. Davis,

We regret to inform you that your employment with Paxton Co. will be terminated, effective immediately, due to ongoing performance concerns that have yet to be rectified despite recurring discussions and guidance on this problem.

Your performance over the time was closely monitored following your performance report and unfortunately, the company does not see any significant improvement. As it was always clearly communicated, continuous improvement in performance is one of the key elements each employee should aim for to maintain a healthy and functional work ambiance.

The decision of termination is final and was reached after discussing your overall progress and performance with human resources and your line manager. All existing company rules, regulations, and protocols have been followed in coming to this decision.

We appreciate your past efforts and contributions. We will arrange meetings with our human resources department to go over benefits and outplacement services, along with final paycheck details. We wish you success in your future career endeavors.

Yours sincerely,
Jenny Michelle
