Mr. Kenneth Rosen

Sales Officer

Dear Mr. Rosen,

I write to you in my capacity as your supervisor at Solace Agency regarding your recent performance. It is with concern that I bring to your attention some issues related to your work performance. A detailed analysis of your performance metrics illustrates a consistent lack of reaching the set monthly sales targets and KPIs for the past three months which is unacceptable.

As you are aware, this marks a clear violation of our performance and productivity standards. This is a Verbal Warning in written form for your Poor Performance. At Solace Agency, we value dedication, determination, and most importantly results. From a Sales Officer, we expect a high level of commitment to the job and the ability to thrive under pressure and in challenging situations. Unfortunately, your current performance shows a substantial shortfall.

We understand that everyone can have off periods, and we are ready to provide you with the support and resources you require to perform to your full potential. However, we trust that you will take the necessary steps to enhance your performance and rectify the situation immediately. A continued lack of improvement could lead to further disciplinary action.

Should you have any concerns or if you wish to discuss this matter further, please do not hesitate to reach out.

Sincerely,

Michael Sanchez
