Job Title: HR Officer
This position plays a key role in employee relations, HR policies, strategic HR planning, and performance management. The successful candidate will work closely with departments across the company to promote a healthy and engaging work culture.
Responsibilities and Duties
Participate in Strategic HR Planning to support organizational goals
Implement performance management systems and guidelines
Monitor employee morale and engagement, developing programs that enhance experience
Educate staff on HR policies, processes, and standards
Engage actively in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process
Handle employee grievances and launch appropriate response plans
Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a relevant field
Experience in Human Resource role
Sound knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Strong ability in using MS Office software
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
