Job Title: Human Resources (HR) Advisor

We're searching for a Human Resources (HR) Advisor to be the backbone of our team. You will be serving as a link between our management and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolving of all queries.

Responsibilities and Duties

As an HR Advisor, you'll take point on managing:

  • Recruiting, training and developing staff.

  • Pensions and benefits administration.

  • Approving job descriptions and advertisements.

  • Advising on employment law.

  • Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures.

Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related.

  • 2 years of experience as an HR Coordinator.

  • Deep understanding of Labor Law and employment equity regulations.

  • Efficient HR administration and people management skills.

  • Excellent record-keeping skills.

Additional Requirements
