Responsibilities and Duties
As an HR Advisor, you'll take point on managing:
Recruiting, training and developing staff.
Pensions and benefits administration.
Approving job descriptions and advertisements.
Advising on employment law.
Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures.
Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related.
2 years of experience as an HR Coordinator.
Deep understanding of Labor Law and employment equity regulations.
Efficient HR administration and people management skills.
Excellent record-keeping skills.
