Our dynamic team is seeking a detail-oriented individual for the position of HR Compensation and Benefits Manager. This person will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategies around our compensation and benefits offerings to promote staff retention and job satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Good knowledge of compensation management, performance evaluation systems, and benefits administration.
A Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation would be an asset.
Responsibilities and Duties
Designing, overseeing, and managing the company’s compensation and benefits strategy.
Resolving any issues related to compensation and employee benefits.
Ensuring the HR compensation and benefits programs comply with legal requirements.
Driving the communication strategy for compensation and benefits.
Experience
Previous experience in Human Resources is key to succeed:
