Our dynamic team is seeking a detail-oriented individual for the position of HR Compensation and Benefits Manager. This person will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategies around our compensation and benefits offerings to promote staff retention and job satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Good knowledge of compensation management, performance evaluation systems, and benefits administration.

• A Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation would be an asset.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Designing, overseeing, and managing the company’s compensation and benefits strategy.

• Resolving any issues related to compensation and employee benefits.

• Ensuring the HR compensation and benefits programs comply with legal requirements.

• Driving the communication strategy for compensation and benefits.

Experience

Previous experience in Human Resources is key to succeed:

• Minimum of three years of experience in HR compensation and benefits is needed.

Additional Requirements

In addition to prior HR experience, the following points are also desirable:

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and discretion.
