Job Title: HR Development Assistant
The Human Resources Development Assistant is a vital link in our organizational chain who will assist in the coordination and facilitation of our team's human capital development initiatives. Responsibilities and Duties
Your role will include but is not limited to:
Assisting with the coordination of HR development and training programs
Supporting the HR manager with various capability development initiatives
Conducting follow-ups on individual development plans
Supporting recruitment efforts, including job postings and interview scheduling
Helping with the maintenance and updating of employee records
Qualifications and Skills
This candidate should possess:
An Associate’s Degree in Human Resource Management or a similar field
Basic knowledge of HR functions and best practices
Idiosyncratic people skills and ability to build genuine relationships
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Strong proficiency in MS Office
Current knowledge of employment law and regulations
Professional certification such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, or SHRM-CP is a plus
Experience
Candidates preferably have at least one year of experience in Human Resource management or a similar role. Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is favorable.
