Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an Employee Relations role or similar HR role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Sound knowledge of labor laws and labor relations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
Master's degree in HR or related field.
Professional certification in HR or Employee Relations.
Experience working with diverse teams in a multinational environment.
