Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and coordinate events from start to finish while adhering to budget restrictions.
Maintain clear communication and establish strong relationships with vendors, stakeholders, and team members.
Create promotional materials and ensure events are suitably advertised to meet turnout expectations.
Ensure compliance with insurance, legal, health, and safety standards at all times.
Conduct post-event evaluations to gauge success and gather information for future events.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Event Management or any related field.
Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or in a similar role.
Strong project management skills; ability to multitask is a must.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities are essential.
Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to work with event management software.
