Position Overview:
The Business Analyst plays a critical role in our organization, serving as the link between our information technology capabilities and our business objectives. Key Responsibilities:
Understanding business needs and objectives and developing strategies for achieving them.

Conducting data analysis to support business decision-making.
Developing detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business.
Working closely with IT professionals to implement effective business solutions.
Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff.
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in business or related field or an MBA.
A minimum of 3 years experience in business analysis or a related field.
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
Advanced technical skills.
