II. Acknowledgment of Risks

V. Medical Clearance
The Participant certifies that they are physically and mentally fit to participate in coaching/training activities. The Participant agrees to inform the Coach/Trainer of any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations that may affect their ability to safely participate in sessions.
VI. Consent to Emergency Treatment
The involved participants give their unspoken agreement that in the event they were to sustain an injury, or a medical emergency were to occur during coaching or training, the trainer or coach has their authorization to seek out any necessary emergency medical care. Furthermore, the coach or trainer has the right to approve any prescribed treatment recommended by a healthcare professional for the well-being of the participant.
VII. Compliance with Rules and Instructions
The Participant recognizes and pledges to fully adhere to all instructions, rules, and safety measures provided by the "Coach" or "Trainer". This compliance should be maintained throughout the sessions. Non-compliance, such as not following instructions or rules, or breaching safety guidelines may result in immediate termination of participation without refund of any fee paid.
VIII. Confidentiality

The Coach or Trainer vows to keep this information fully confidential and not release any of it without the participant's explicit consent unless legally obligated to do so.
