Coach/Trainer Release of Liability
I. Introduction

II. Acknowledgment of Risks
The Participant acknowledges that participating in coaching/training activities involves inherent risks that may arise from various factors and circumstances inherent to such activities. These risks include, but are not limited to:
Physical Exertion: The nature of coaching/training sessions may involve physical activities such as exercise, movement drills, or sports-specific training that require exertion and physical effort.
Potential Injury: Participation in physical activities carries the risk of injury, including sprains, strains, fractures, muscle soreness, and other physical ailments that can occur due to the intensity or nature of the activities involved.
Emotional Stress: Coaching/training sessions may involve challenges designed to push personal limits, confront fears, or address psychological barriers, which can lead to emotional stress or discomfort.

IV. Assumption of Risks
The Participant acknowledges and assumes full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which may occur during or as a result of participation in coaching/training sessions. This includes risks associated with equipment, facilities, or instruction provided by the Coach/Trainer.
V. Medical Clearance
The Participant certifies that they are physically and mentally fit to participate in coaching/training activities. The Participant agrees to inform the Coach/Trainer of any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations that may affect their ability to safely participate in sessions.
VI. Consent to Emergency Treatment
The involved participants give their unspoken agreement that in the event they were to sustain an injury, or a medical emergency were to occur during coaching or training, the trainer or coach has their authorization to seek out any necessary emergency medical care. Furthermore, the coach or trainer has the right to approve any prescribed treatment recommended by a healthcare professional for the well-being of the participant.
VII. Compliance with Rules and Instructions
The Participant recognizes and pledges to fully adhere to all instructions, rules, and safety measures provided by the "Coach" or "Trainer". This compliance should be maintained throughout the sessions. Non-compliance, such as not following instructions or rules, or breaching safety guidelines may result in immediate termination of participation without refund of any fee paid.
VIII. Confidentiality
In the course of coaching or training sessions, it might be required to disclose certain data such as personal goals, prior experiences, or worries. The Coach or Trainer vows to keep this information fully confidential and not release any of it without the participant's explicit consent unless legally obligated to do so.
