Vehicle Accident Release Of Liability
I. Parties Information
This Release of Liability Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on this [Effective Date] (the “Effective Date”), by and between [Your Name], residing at [Your Address] (the “At-Fault Party”) and [Name of Injured Party], residing at [Address of Injured Party] (the “Injured Party”).
II. Background
Whereas, on January 10, 2050, a vehicular accident occurred involving vehicles operated by both the At-Fault Party and the Injured Party.
Whereas, it is agreed that the accident resulted in damages and injuries to the Injured Party.
III. Release and Waiver of Claims

The Injured Party hereby releases, waives, and forever discharges the At-Fault Party, their agents, employees, successors, and assigns, from any claims, demands, rights, or causes of action of whatsoever kind or nature arising from or because of any known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, bodily or personal injuries, damage to property, and the consequences thereof resulting from the aforementioned vehicular accident.
The Injured Party agrees not to make any claim or take any legal action against the At-Fault Party, their agents, employees, successors, or assigns, about the aforementioned vehicular accident.
IV. Indemnification
The Injured Party agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the At-Fault Party, their agents, employees, successors, and assigns, from and against any claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses, including but not limited to attorney's fees, arising out of or resulting from any breach of this Release by the Injured Party.
V. Entire Agreement
This Release contains the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating thereto.
VI. Governing Law
This Release shall be governed by and construed by the laws of the [State/Country], without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.
