I. Introduction:
This Fishing Release of Liability (hereinafter referred to as the "Release") is entered into by [Participant's Name] (hereinafter referred to as the "Participant") in favor of [Your Company Name] (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") on [Date] in consideration for being permitted to participate in fishing activities organized by the Company.
II. Release of Claims:
