The Releasee acknowledges that they have obtained appropriate insurance coverage to protect themselves against any potential liability arising from their participation in the training program.

The insurance coverage includes:

Liability Insurance: Coverage for any injury or property damage caused by the Releasor or their dog(s) during the training sessions.
Medical Insurance: Coverage for any medical expenses that may arise due to injuries sustained during the training sessions.
Animal Insurance: Coverage for any veterinary expenses that may arise due to injuries or illnesses of the dog(s) during the training program.

VIII. Indemnification

The Releasor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasee, his agents, officers, employees, and [Your Company Name] from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of the Releasor's actions during the dog training activities.

This indemnification includes:
