Yoga Class Release Of Liability

This Release of Liability ("Agreement") is entered into this [Effective Date] ("Effective Date") by and between [Your Company Name], located at [Your Company Address], herein referred to as the "Studio", and the below-signed participant ("Participant").

I. Acknowledgment of Risk

The Participant acknowledges that participation in yoga activities, including but not limited to Yoga Classes, Workshops, Retreats, and Teacher Training, provided by [Your Company Name], carries an inherent risk of physical injury. Risks include, but are not limited to, muscle strains, tears, broken bones, and cardiovascular complications.

II. Assumption of Risk

By signing this Agreement, the Participant voluntarily assumes all risks associated with his/her participation in the yoga activities and waives any rights to, and claims for, damages, including but not limited to bodily injury, mental anguish, or property damage, against the Studio, its employees, contractors, and agents.

III. Release

The Participant, for himself/herself and his/her personal representatives, heirs, successors, and assigns, hereby releases, waives, discharges, and covenants not to sue [Your Company Name], its officers, employees, agents, and contractors from all liability, loss, damage, claim, and demand due to any injury or damages that the Participant may sustain as a result of participating in any yoga activity provided by the Studio.

IV. Indemnification

The Participant also agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Studio, its officers, employees, agents, and contractors from all liabilities, losses, damages, claims, penalties, fines, costs, and expenses, including but not limited to reasonable legal fees, arising out of or relating to the Participant's participation in the yoga activities provided by the Studio.

V. Agreement Validation

This Agreement shall be effective and binding upon the Participant's heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators, assigns, and representatives in the event of the Participant’s death or incapacity.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Release as of the date first above written.
