RELEASE OF LIABILITY

I. INTRODUCTION

II. RELEASE OF CLAIM

In consideration of being allowed to participate in the Event, Participants, on behalf of themselves, their heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby release, waive, and discharge all claims, demands, and causes of action against Organizer, its officers, directors, employees, agents, volunteers, and affiliates, from any liability arising out of or in connection with Participant's participation in the Event.

III. CONSIDERATION

The participant clearly understands and accepts the terms and conditions of this agreement and acknowledges that the opportunity given to them to participate in the event is considered sufficient compensation for signing this Release.

IV. ACKNOWLEDGING OF UNDERSTANDING

The participant affirms their understanding and details their recognition that they have done a diligent and exhaustive reading of the terms associated with this Release. They declare their full comprehension of all stipulations and conditions contained therein.

Understanding Affirmed, describes the participant's explicit confirmation of their comprehension and acknowledgment of the terms outlined in the document. It signifies that they have diligently read and thoroughly comprehended all the provisions and conditions contained within the Release.
Diligent Comprehension, emphasizes the thoroughness and carefulness with which the participant has approached the reading and understanding of the terms. It suggests a meticulous effort to grasp the content fully.
Voluntary Acknowledgment underscores the participant's declaration of their autonomous decision to acknowledge and accept the terms without any external pressure or coercion. It highlights their freedom and willingness to consent to the document by appending their signature.

They also express their freedom and volition in the act of appending their signature to this Release without any form of coercion or undue influence.

V. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Participant acknowledges and understands that participation in the Event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to risks associated with adventure sports activities such as rock climbing, zip-lining, white-water rafting, etc. Participant voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participation in the Event, including those that may arise from the negligence or carelessness of the Organizer or others.

VI. INDEMNIFICATION

Participant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Organizer, its officers, directors, employees, agents, volunteers, and affiliates from and against all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with Participant's participation in the Event.

VII. SEVERABILITY

Suppose any provision of this Release is determined or deemed to be invalid or incapable of being enforced. In that case, it should be noted that the rest of the provisions will continue to retain their full authority and effectiveness.

VIII. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
