I. Parties

II. Services

VI. Insurance

The Handyman represents that they maintain appropriate insurance coverage, including general liability insurance, to cover any claims arising from the services provided.

VII. Client's Responsibilities

The Client agrees to provide a safe and hazard-free environment for the Handyman while performing the services. The Client will promptly notify the Handyman of any unsafe conditions or hazards on the property.

VIII. Payment

The Client agrees to pay the Handyman the agreed-upon fees for the services rendered, as outlined in the contract between the parties.

IX. Governing Law

X. Severability
