I. Information

II. Release of Liability

  1. IV. Indemnification

The Individual, who has been convicted, has given their agreement to indemnify, which means to secure or protect against harm or damage, and to hold harmless, which means to absolve of all responsibility or potential harm, the Insurance Company. This includes the Insurance Company's officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, and those individuals or groups who have been allocated rights or duties, collectively referred to as the assigns. This agreement is extended to cover any losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses, where 'expenses' include reasonable fees charged by attorneys, which have been incurred as a direct consequence or result of any breach of this Agreement, defined as any occasion where the terms of this Agreement have not been adhered to, by the Convicted Individual.
