In consideration of being permitted to participate in rock climbing activities at [Your Company Name], I, the undersigned participant, acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

I. Assumption of Risk

I acknowledge that rock climbing is an inherently dangerous activity and involves risks that can result in serious injury, including but not limited to falls, equipment failure, rockfall, and human error. I understand that these risks cannot be eliminated without fundamentally altering the nature of the activity, and I voluntarily assume all risks associated with rock climbing, including those that may arise from the negligence or carelessness of others.

II. Release of Liability

I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue [Your Company Name], its owners, employees, instructors, volunteers, agents, and affiliates (hereinafter referred to as "Released Parties") from any claims, demands, causes of action, damages, or liabilities arising out of or related to any personal injury, property damage, or loss sustained by me during or as a result of my participation in rock climbing activities, whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise.

III. Indemnification

As a participant in rock climbing activities, I hereby consent that I shall indemnify which means I accept the responsibility for compensating any financial loss suffered by the Released Parties. In addition, I agree to hold these parties harmless, meaning to protect them from being legally or financially liable for any damages, liabilities, and incident-related costs. This includes, but is not limited to, claims, actions, legal formalities, procedures, and expenses. The expenses also encompass all costs related to hiring an attorney. All these terms apply if, why, and when, any of the above-mentioned financial or legal burdens arise from or hold any relation whatsoever to my involvement in rock climbing activities.

IV. Medical Authorization

I authorize the Released Parties to administer or arrange for any medical treatment deemed necessary in the event of any injury or illness suffered by me during my participation in rock climbing activities, and I agree to be financially responsible for any costs associated with such treatment.

V. Insurance

I understand that the Released Parties do not provide insurance coverage for participants in rock climbing activities and that I am solely responsible for obtaining my insurance coverage to cover any personal injury, property damage, or other losses that may occur.

VI. Photo/Video Release

I am fully agreeable and give my permission for the use of any photographs, videos, or any other types of media taken of me while I am participating in activities related to rock climbing. These materials may be used for promotional purposes, advertising, or any other purposes that may arise. This consent is given without any expectation of receiving compensation in return.

VII. Severability

If any provision contained within this Release of Liability is determined to be unenforceable or invalid, it should not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. The rest of the provisions will continue to be effective and fully enforceable despite the invalidity or unenforceability of one or more provisions.

VIII. Governing Law

The Release of Liability, referenced herein, will be under the governance and interpretation and according to the laws that are put in place by the specified State or Country. This will hold irrespective of any contradictory principles that might occur as a result of discrepancies existing within the State or Country's laws.
