I. Introduction

V. Indemnification

The Interviewee agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Interviewer, their agents, employees, affiliates, successors, and assigns from and against any liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or in any way connected with the Interviewee's participation in the interview.

VI. Severability
