Job Title: Employee Relations Specialist
Sphere Tech Solutions seeks an experienced Employee Relations Specialist. The ideal candidate will be the beacon for maintaining a harmonious working environment, assisting in conflict resolution, and enforcing company policies. This individual will also conduct confidential investigations onto complaints or allegations, work on enhancing employee engagement, and offer guidance on HR-related topics. Responsibilities and Duties
As an Employee Relations Specialist, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Act as a primary point of contact in addressing employee conflicts, disputes, and grievances.
Mediate and facilitate resolutions to maintain a positive work environment.
Develop, revise, and enforce company policies related to discipline, grievances, and general HR matters.
Conduct confidential investigations into complaints about misconduct, harassment, discrimination, or policy violations.
Collaborate in enhancing communication between employees and management.
Monitor and evaluate employee engagement and implement measures to augment job satisfaction and overall workplace environment.
