Job Title: Cruise Director

As the Cruise Director, you are at the helm of ensuring the optimal customer experience for all passengers on board our cruise line. You will be in charge of the coordination and oversight of all activities, entertainment, and social events. Striking the perfect balance between fun and relaxation, you will make sure every moment spent on our cruises is memorable.

Responsibilities and Duties

Activities will include but are not limited to:

  • Planning, coordination, and execution of onboard entertainment - from performances to parties and recreational activities.

  • Hosting and announcing events over the ship's PA system.

  • Interacting with passengers to ensure their satisfaction during their stay.

  • Facilitating team meetings and coordinating with other ship departments for smooth operations.

  • Supervising and mentoring the cruise entertainment team.

Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree in hospitality or a related field.

  • Previous experience as a Cruise Director or in a similar role managing large-scale events.

  • Exceptional public speaking, customer service, and leadership skills.

  • Ability to work flexible hours and manage time effectively.

  • First-rate problem-solving abilities and a can-do attitude.
