Job Title: Office Director
Alexon Accounting, a reputable firm with a constant focus on growth and service excellence, is currently looking for a competent Office Director. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the direction and coordination of office operations, management of supplies, equipment, and facilities, and giving strategic guidance on budget execution. This role involves liaising with the finance department to maintain accurate financial reporting for office-related activities.
Responsibilities and Duties
Ensuring availability and maintenance of essential office supplies and equipment.
Manage the facilities to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
Coordinate the development of budgets for office-related expenses and manage within set constraints.
Work in close cooperation with our Finance Department to ensure accurate accounting and reporting of office-related expenses.
Spearheading initiatives to drive the optimal performance of office operations.
Qualifications and Skills
A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge and understanding of budget management and financial reporting.
Proficient in the use of office equipment and systems.
Experience
