Job Title: Creative Director

Responsibilities and Duties:
Define and communicate the creative vision for the project making sure it resonates with brand objectives
Guide and inspire creative teams to craft innovative design solutions
Promote a collaborative environment that pulls together designers, writers, and marketing teams
Direct and manage creative output ensuring cohesion and effectiveness of the final product
Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Arts, or a relevant field
Proven work experience as a Creative Director or in a similar creative role
Strong leadership and communication skills to align team objectives and inspire creatives
A firm grasp on trends in design and marketing, applying them to strategy and output
Mastery in using design software and a solid portfolio showcasing creative accomplishments
